THE GARDENS

Halekulani’aina is home to the Lani’aina Wellness Center, Maui’s premier Wellness Retreat.  Located on Maui’s South Shore minutes away from the world’s most beautiful beaches, golf courses and shopping, and the resort areas of Wailea and Makena. 

 

Surrounded by a lush, secluded native Hawaiian garden featuring majestic views of the Pacific Ocean, Hale’akala and West Maui, Halekulani’aina spans nearly an acre of beautiful, verdant grounds and boasts a tranquil and soothing environment that is home to many rare and endemic plants -- both ornamental and medicinal.

 

Plumeria and the fragrant native hibiscus are among       the flora that is home to several species of birds and butterflies. Our organic orchard and vegetable gardens boast Surinam cherry, grumichama, papaya, mango, starfruit, grapefruit, banana and coffee—all available       for our guests to enjoy.  

 

You are invited to explore the makai (ocean) and mauka (mountain)  gardens and visit our fire/drum circle, taro patch, orchard, dry-forest area and sedum garden. Quiet meditation spots are also open to Wellness Center clients and guests.

THE GUEST SUITE

The Lani’aina Wellness Center is located on  the ground floor of the main residence at Halekulani’aina, a private estate in Maui Meadows. Also on the ground floor of the residence is a cozy ocean and garden view guest suite, equipped with a mini-kitchenette and shared bath.

 

We offer customized residential programs to meet the needs of individuals who want a private, serene environment to recover, renew and regenerate.

Our private consultation and treatment room— ”Hale Pono” ,designed for optimal privacy and comfort. Is where our clients receive microlight and sound therapy, bio-mat and qi machine therapy.
